Sodium point of care testing at home in diabetes insipidus: A case report

Patients with central diabetes insipidus (CDI) and concurrent hypothalamic adipsia can experience significant sodium fluctuations requiring prolonged, recurrent hospital admissions and frequent serum sodium testing.
